  • 14 years teaching experience grade levels 7-12.
  • 14 years coaching experience at Middle School, High School, College Level
  • Led numerous Educational Training Seminars for Social Studies teachers
  • Served as Project Coordinator for American History Grant-Alcorn County, Mississippi
  • Hobbies- reading, lifting weights, movies

BEGINNER – INTERMEDIATE ESL COORDINATOR

Lisa Smith

  • B.S. Elementary Education
  • Masters in Curriculum and Instruction
  • 17 years teaching experience grade levels K-6
  • Project Director for 21st Century Grant Tutoring
  • Hobbies- reading, scrap booking

Travis and Lisa are from Mississippi in the United States. They have been married for 16 years and have three boys- Josh, Jake, and Jonah. They began teaching full time this year (2009-2010) at Dalat International School.

Travis and Lisa have served in various capacities on four continents- teaching, coaching, tutoring, training adults, and training church and school leadership. This will be their fourth summer here at the Dalat ESL Camp.
